 Week 6: Feb 15 - 21

Wrapping Up

Week 6

During week 6 of the course, participants will:

  • check and comment each other's lesson plans
  • assess their own learning during the session
  • evaluate the workshop

Task 1 - Lesson Plan Feedback

a. Check other participants' lesson plans in our Lesson Plans Ning Group and add your comment, feedback and suggestions to your peers on their digital lesson plans ideas.

Task 2 - Your Final Impressions and Learning Outcomes

a. Access our Lounge, and tell us what you'll take with you from this journey. Of course that we'd love to see an image to go with your impressions and learning journey throughout these 6 weeks together!

b. Interact with others at the Lounge.

Task 3 - Evaluating the Course

a.  Please, take some minutes to fill out our Session Final Evaluation. By doing that, we'll certainly improve the quality of our future EVO sessions and give even better support to educators willing to explore the potential of images in the classroom.

About Our Guest Speaker Andrew Churches
Where? When?

I am a teacher and ICT enthusiast. I believe that to prepare our students for the future, we must prepare them for change, teach them to question and think, to adapt and modify, to sift and sort.

I am fortunate to teach at a school with a mobile computing program, that sees students with personal mobile devices, laptops. This surely reflects the future our students and children will be entering into with ubiquitous portable computing.

Outside of school, I am an outdoor instructor and an adventure enthusiast, when I can get a spare moment from my family.
